E-store Rating and Review System

1. Only registered members can rate and review each  E-stores.

2. All members are to review and rate the e-store with the best of their knowledge and understanding with highest integrity. Any member not following this rule of thumb risk having their membership cancelled.

3. To ensure impartial of the system, E-store owner can't rate and review their own e-store. and each member cannot rate or review the same e-store for more than 3x.

4. All reviews have to come with "date of transaction" and "item transacted" for reference. So, keep a record of all your transaction with the e-store owners.

5. 5 attributes are used for rating: Quality ; Cost ; Knowledge of e-store owner ; responsiveness ; amulets received as described"

6. "Average rating" is obtained with the weighted average of all rating received for the above 5 attributes.

7. "Coloured crown system" is used to indicate the level of each e-store. It represents the reliability and reputation of each e-store. All E-store owner has to start from green crown (beginning level) and work his way to the highest level (Diamond crown). Below table defines criteria to achieve each crown level.

8. All reviews and rating will be monitored and reviewed by amuletsclub.com administrator. Administrator decision is final should there be any dispute on any issues related to this rating and review system.
